Editor/Sounds Designer for Radio Plays
The award-winning Tin Can Podcast is seeking an editor / sound designer for their weekly audio plays.
Tin Can puts out a new, short play for free every Monday. They are written, performed and produced to professional quality and so our new Editor / Sound Designer will need to be of that level.
Here is a selection of plays we have produced. This is the level we are aiming for:
You will initially handle the editing and sound design of one play a month, moving up to possibly three plays a month.
We have 5,000 downloads a week and have won awards (Fringe Report - Best Audio 2011) for our plays. If you are able, you might also be asked to compose original music for the plays.
This job is unpaid, but we are currently in discussions with a number of people regarding monetising the podcasts - if we are successful, a small payment will be made to our team.
